Our Team work holistically and with an individual’s unique needs and areas of development. We excel in listening and nurturing people, it’s our bread and butter! We focus on supporting someone’s needs, anxieties, emotions and work together to make everything a little easier – setting manageable goals and steps along the way at each client’s own pace. Most counselling sessions are completed via teletherapy.
